Step One
*To take your measurements, use a tailors measuring tape or 1" inch wide ribbon for best results. It can also help to have a friend handy to make sure your measuring tape or ribbon is level! Measure in inches.
Place your measuring tape or ribbon around the fullest part of your bust.
Place your measuring tape or ribbon around your natural waist. To find your natural waist, place your hands at hero pose, and bend from side to side like a windshield wiper by your waist only. Where you bend is your natural waist.
Place your measuring tape or ribbon around the fullest part of your posterior.
Step Two
NOTE: Our Natural Waist to floor measurement is 46 inches in length. This does not include optional train. Please choose the size that matches closest to the greater of the three measurements below (bust, natural waist, hip). A skilled seamstress will be able to tailor your gown to match your unique silhouette and length for a custom fit. It is easier to tailor a gown that is a little bit wider in some areas.
