We make sure to use high quality semi-precious materials that will make you feel luxurious down the aisle; an heirloom to treasure for years to come.
The majority of our accessories are handcrafted completely from scratch by hands trained in our studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia. All our materials are sourced from small business who specialize in high quality production and are located in Canada, U.S., Europe, and Asia.
With some accessory designs, we work with specialized small businesses with skilled techniques in and out of Canada on custom metal components, finish, plating, and mould pouring. Miss Foxine Couture respects other artists, and their experience in specific services, trades, and years of training. We seek out those who are the best in what they do. Extra hand finished details and work are completed in studio. We inspect each piece for quality before the item leaves our hands from Halifax, Nova Scotia. We strive to achieve the level of design our clients appreciate and admire.
These beautiful sparkling stones are created under careful conditions in a lab to mimic the look, feel, and shine of a mined diamond - without the ethical cost. Lab diamond simulants are created in an environmentally friendly process, and offers a more affordable price point without diminishing the luxurious quality of the material. Our diamond simulants are made to be internally flawless, durable, and to last a lifetime of wear. You can find these in our earrings and jewelry pieces.
South Sea Shell Pearls are created from all the same elements as pearls, but are exceedingly durable and stronger. They are made from beautiful Mother of Pearl, which is found on the inside of an Oyster Shell. Once formed, they are then naturally coated in genuine Pearl Nacre.
In addition, South Sea Shell Pearls are closely monitored by the industry’s strict quality standards to ensure that they will not lose color, shine, and will not be affected by perfume or sweat. You can find these in our earrings and jewelry pieces.
This lovely natural material is made from mollusks that reside in lakes, rivers, and ponds. Organically shaped due to the nature of the fresh water environment - these gorgeous cultured pearls are highly sought after due to their romantically beautiful free form shape and one-of-a-kind value. Made in Austria, these lovely elements are made from high temperature fired lead glass crystals, quartz, and minerals. Swarovski is known for their sparkle, uniform structure, strength, and quality craftsmanship. You can find this in our earrings, jewelry, and hair accessories.
Combining grace and durability, sterling silver is an option we use here often in our jewelry designs. Sterling silver is 92.5% in purity, as 100% pure silver (known as Fine Silver or 999 Silver) is soft and tensile. Pure .999 Silver is mixed with a small percentage of zinc or copper to add strength without losing its known for inherent qualities. Many of our sensitive skin brides can wear sterling silver or gold bonded (vermeil) sterling silver – which makes it a perfect affordable option while still being luxurious and beautiful. Gold-filled is components in jewelry that is durable and perfect for those who can only wear real gold or silver. Gold-filled is constructed in two or three layers. A core metal is bonded to a thick layer of real gold with heat and pressure.
Unlike gold plated metals, gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% 1/20 gold by weight. This percentage is gauged on the karat of the gold used. For example, 14k gold-filled pieces are marked as 14/20 or 14k Gold-Filled (GF).
Gold-filled pieces do not chip or peel and can be worn and water or as every day wear pieces if the entire design is made out of gold-filled. To care and clean gold filled components you can polish or wipe with a cloth but often times they can be left as is.
At Miss Foxine Couture, we often use gold filled components in our earrings (such as ear wires, studs, and hooks) and in our necklaces (such as chains, clasps, and findings).

Each and every Miss Foxine design, jewelry and hairpieces alike, is meticulously hand layered with our signature no-tarnish coating to ensure your heirloom will look just as beautiful as the first day you bought it.
We suggest when not in wear, to keep your design housed in a box or a soft bag, and not in direct sunlight. Keep away from water and perfume for maximum care, and place on the hair or body last - after makeup and hairspray has set.
.925 Sterling earring posts in their bare silver form can be polished with a cloth. Be aware that polishing can remove our signature non-tarnish coating if done on the actual body of the design.
Here at Miss Foxine Couture, we strive to be unique like all of our lovely brides are! Any of our past designs can be remade depending on material availability and may be subject to different processing times. We however do not copy or recreate another brands design or product. It is best to support the artist you admire and purchase from them directly. If you choose to shop with Miss Foxine or go for a custom Bespoke Design, we hope you fall in love with our style because your heart says so.
Miss Foxine takes great care with every item shipped – each individual piece is thoughtfully inspected for any flaw or misplaced detail before it is sent. But should you have any issues please read below:

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of the pieces created, refunds are not accepted at this time. If you receive an incorrect item, or if your item arrives damaged (not caused by shipping or careless handling), please email us asap. If the items damage is not due to shipping or careless handling, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will replace or repair the item as needed. After 48 hours of delivery, all damages will be the full responsibility of the buyer.
All return shipping fees for repairs or replacement items are the at the responsibility of the buyer.

Products or goods purchased from Miss Foxine Couture shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in email to Miss Foxine Couture, and typically will be granted with no issue.
All prices are listed in Canadian CAD dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP plus any discount offered at the time of purchase. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice if the cost of material and labour changes.
Returns must be notified to Miss Foxine Couture prior to sending back at missfoxine@live.com. Returns for first time retailers have a 30 day return window for any unworn and unused merchandise with all original tags attached and unremoved. For subsequent orders, retailers have a 14 day return window for any unworn and unused merchandise with all original tags attached and unremoved.
Returns must be made in writing directly to Miss Foxine Couture within 7 days of your expiring return window; quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without Miss Foxine Couture prior approval, and with given delivery instructions on packaging and shipping. Shipping will be at the responsibility of the wholesale retailer, and tracking and insurance must be included on all retuned goods.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15%. No returns will be accepted if the damages were incurred by employees, visibly worn items, or items retuned in not new and resaleable condition. If an item is to be returned due to defect, please email Miss Foxine Couture with a photo of the piece and defect – and weather you would like a return or repair. Return shipping only and repairs will be covered for any defects within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, return and send to shipping will be the responsibility of the retailer. A return will not be accepted if a piece is worn or broken by the retailer’s bride or client – but repairs will be offered for free up to 30 days after purchase of the bride unless directed as an ‘unreasonable’, and shipping will be an additional cost to the bride or retailer.

Miss Foxine Couture accepts credit card, debit, paypal, and eTransfer payments.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. All purchases will include an additional 15% Nova Scotia Tax Rate on top of the wholesale price. Canadian Clients: For a 50/50 payment option (50% of the total price down to start your order, then the last 50% of the total remaining when your order is ready to ship), please add a note in your shopping bag that this is a "50/50 payment option" and checkout with eTransfer.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Unless a discount is provided, minimum shipping cost is $15 and includes tracking and insurance across Canada.

We ship international orders with a $25.00 CAD minimum shipping fee including tracking an insurance. All customs and duties are at the responsibility of the retailer. All prices are in Canadian Dollar. All orders outside of Canada will ship free tracked and insured if total before taxes is $500 CAD. International minimum order before taxes is $300 CAD. If you are a first time wholesale international retailer carrying out designs, all orders above $700 CAD before taxes will include an additional 10% off discount and free international tracked and insured shipping.

Made to order Items We lovingly hand craft your pieces to order and we will ship your design in approximately 5 – 7 weeks* after purchase with your selected shipping method chosen at checkout. All Miss Foxine Couture wearable designs are made to order. Wedding Dresses, Gowns, or Dresses 3 – 5 months processing time, and all other wearable items 1 – 3 months processing time. These are estimates only, and do not include shipping time. If your order is time sensitive, to ensure a timely delivery or to make a rush order. For international orders please add 1 month to the processing time to account for delivery, customs, and other uncontrollable delays
Yes, we gladly do! Rush orders for Hairpieces, Jewelry, and Veils depend on stock quantity and material availability. Please contact us with the date you wish to receive your item and we will let you know if your desired item can be made and shipped to you by that time. In general rush orders for Bridal Hairpieces, Jewelry, and Veils is an additional $40 on top of shipping and item price. Rush orders for Wedding Dresses and Gowns is an additional $300 on top of shipping and item price. Rush orders for other wearables like Coverups, capes, and slips is an additional $150 on top of shipping and item price.
Yes, we do! If your items are together in one purchase they will be automatically combined and shipped together. If you make separate transactions and wish for your pieces to be combined please leave a note with your last order, or send us an email at missfoxine@live.com ASAP so we can combine your items. Combined purchases ship at the latest turnaround time of one of your items.

All garments are made to order and they are made according to our standard garment measurements. Please choose the size closest to your size based on our size chart. We recommend choosing the size that fits your largest measurement – bust or waist for fit and flair, or bust, waist, or hip for fitted all over. This allows for alterations to give a perfect fit. All alterations are at the client’s responsibility, and all of our garments can be altered by a skilled seamstress or tailor. If you are between sizes, please always choose the larger size because it is easier to make a garment smaller than bigger. We always try or best to describe colors through descriptions and photos, but all colors can look slightly different from screen to screen. If you would like swatch samples for garments, dresses, or wearables, they can be provided at an additional cost. No, we take pride in millinery or handcrafted techniques! All of our fabric, clay, or resin flowers are handmade. They are custom designed and crafted using the finest silks, laces, cottons, and clays. Each of our flowers are unique and special.
We use a wide array of high-quality gold/ silver/ rhodium plated wire combs, alligator clips, bobby pins, snap clips, and french barrettes. The specific elements used will be included in the item’s description based on what we think is best for that specific style. Ear wires are .925 sterling silver or gold filled for our ladies with sensitive ears. Gold filled wears like normal gold and will not rub off. If properly cared for, Miss Foxine pieces will last you for many years, and are great heirlooms to pass on.
Veils: It will need to be steamed before wearing to release wrinkles. If you do not own a hand-held steamer, you can iron at the lowest setting with light pressure. Be aware that high temperatures can damage the delicate veiling. Another option is misting lightly with water than blow drying at a low setting. Hand held steamers can be bought at Walmart, Amazon, Bed Bath and Beyond, or at other similar locations often for $30 and under. Please hang veils to store to avoid deep wrinkles, or fold lightly folded in box which gives it lots of space to breathe.
Handmade Flowers: If your item includes this element, please do not wet or soak as it can ruin their volume and quality. Spot clean if needed. If they are hand dyed (we use only non-toxic ingredients) we can not guarantee they will stay in perfect condition after an attempt to clean them. Please store in box included in shipping, or a larger box of your own as confining the piece could wrinkle or destroy the volume of the flowers.
Wired Vines and Wired Elements: Do not bend back and forth and avoid direct contact with hair products. Please add hairspray and hair products first and let completely dry prior to placing the piece in. If you can avoid hairspray on the specific area where the hairpiece will be placed that would be better but not necessary. Store in box provided to prevent dust and dirt accumulation.
For metal hairpieces: Please be careful not to shake or drop the box. Do not attempt to bend too much to avoid breaking. Store in box provided to prevent dust and dirt accumulation.
Any damages that are not due to shipping or customer mishandling must be made known to us within 48 hours of delivery missfoxine@live.com. After that time, the damages will be the responsibility of the customer. Please read our Return Policy for details.
Wedding Dresses, Gowns, and other wearables: Each garment will have a sewn in label which has detailed care instructions inside. For the best care dry clean only, and hang on a hanger with full length down and sew in supportive straps. Spot clean if needed, and do not wring out water. Lay flat to dry any wet areas.
We pride ourselves in using luxurious yet affordable fabrics! We use the softest silks, satins, crepes, polyesters, cottons, laces, tulles, beads, embellishes, and high-quality embroideries. Each gown and wearable design have its own specific fabric requirements to ensure quality of design and drape is met.
In many of our designs, we use real fresh water pearls, swarovski crystals, swarovski pearls, swarovski rhinestones, and small genuine glass seed beads. This will be listed in the products description.
The majority of our accessories are handcrafted completely from scratch by hands trained in our studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia. All our bridal gowns are made locally in Halifax, Nova Scotia. All our materials are sourced from small business who specialize in high quality production and are located in Canada, U.S., Europe, and Asia.
With some accessory designs, we work with specialized small businesses with skilled techniques in and out of Canada on custom metal components, finish, plating, and mould pouring. Miss Foxine Couture respects other artists, and their experience in specific services, trades, and years of training. We seek out those who are the best in what they do. Extra hand finished details and work are completed in studio. We inspect each piece for quality before the item leaves our hands from Halifax, Nova Scotia. We strive to achieve the level of design our clients appreciate and admire.
