14 days for exchanges and store credits: If your ordered item is in brand new condition, unworn, and you contact us within 14 days of delivery we will accept exchanges, store credits, or amount placed on a gift card (amount may be split among multiple gift cards for gift giving if it is a large amount). Return shipping is at the buyers responsibility. The item must be securely retuned in original packaging. Return tracking is highly reccomended. We will not offer exchanges, store credits, or gift cards for any item lost or damaged in the mail.

Due to the handmade nature of the pieces created, refunds are not accepted at this time.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your item arrives damaged (not caused by shipping or careless handling), please email us asap with detailed images and description. If the items damage is not due to shipping or careless handling, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will replace or repair the item as needed. After 48 hours of delivery, all damages will be the full responsibility of the buyer.

All return shipping fees for repairs or replacement items are the at the responsibility of the buyer.

Combining grace and durability, sterling silver is an option we use in our jewelry designs.  Sterling silver is 92.5% in purity, as 100% pure silver (known as Fine Silver or 999 Silver) is soft and tensile. .999 Silver is mixed with a small percentage of zinc or copper to add strength without losing its inherent qualities. Many of our sensitive skin brides can wear sterling silver or gold bonded (vermeil) sterling silver – which makes it a perfect affordable option while still being luxurious and beautiful.

Gold Filled jewelry is a an affordable and luxurious option next to gold. Perfect for our sensitive skin clients, those who can only wear gold can often wear gold filled, making it a top tier choice when buying jewelry to last a lifetime. 

Gold Filled is made by mechanically bonding a thick layer of 14k or 18k yellow or rose gold to a base metal layer, often sterling silver or brass. The gold is then bonded to the base metal through pressure and heat.

Gold filled jewelry is 5% the weight of the design, water/ tarnish resistant, goold for everyday wear, and is hypoallergenic.
