All our bridal hairpieces are made-to-order in house our Halifax, NS studio by hand. Regular lead time is two months before shipping. We also offer an additional Rush Order option to add to your shopping bag here. This adds your piece to the top of the line for our brides in a time crunch. This ensures your piece will be crafted within two weeks before shipping. Express shipping is available at checkout.

If your wedding date falls within the two week Rush Order, please contact me to see if I have availability.

Miss Foxine takes great care with every item shipped – each individual piece is thoughtfully inspected for any flaw or misplaced detail before it is sent. Please carefully choose your item(s) and email missfoxine@live.com with any questions prior to purchasing a design.

For exchanges and store credits: If your ordered item is in brand new condition, unworn, and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery we will accept exchanges, store credits, or amount placed on a gift card (amount may be split among multiple gift cards for gift giving). Return shipping is at the buyers responsibility. The item must be securely retuned in original packaging. Return tracking is highly reccomended. We will not offer exchanges, store credits, or gift cards for any item lost or damaged in the mail.

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of the pieces created, refunds are not accepted at this time.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your item arrives damaged (not caused by shipping or careless handling), please email us asap. If the items damage is not due to shipping or careless handling, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will replace or repair the item as needed. After 48 hours of delivery, all damages will be the full responsibility of the buyer.

All return shipping fees for repairs or replacement items are the at the responsibility of the buyer.

Each and every Miss Foxine design, jewelry and hairpieces alike, is meticulously hand layered with our signature no-tarnish coating to ensure your heirloom will look just as beautiful as the first day you bought it. For extra care, place on the body or hair after makeup and hairspray is applied, and do not apply those items directly on the piece.
